"The whole experience was good property and the front desk overall good experience Only problem we had at breakfast one of the staff was too rude even though no one touch the food with bare hands used the thong but she spoke very rudely arguing even though we explained but no use That wasn’t the pleasant experience before the checkout this breakfast staff need to be notified Hope they fix the problem for future guests "

"1. There was difficulty gaining access to the hotel. There was road construction on both sides of the road. We stayed for two nights. They did not clean or replace needed bathroom supplies. Fixtures in the bathroom were either broken or missing parts to operate. Beds were not made and room cleaned or rubbish removed. "We arrived on Friday, and that day/night was great. On Saturday, it was completely different. Some people seemed like they were parting in the hallway outside our room, and a door kept opening and slamming shut. It also rained, and the drip or the roof...something was pounding so hard on the roof that we did not sleep at all and had a 7-hour drive the next morning. Not a fault, per se, but the roof/drainage should be checked out as that was completely unacceptable."
