"I spent $200 for one night, and unfortunately, it didn’t feel worth the price. While the staff was excellent and very welcoming, the condition of the room was disappointing. The floors were dirty, there were visible stains, and most of the outlets didn’t work. The bathroom door was also damaged, which added to the overall poor impression."

I think that, given a little amount of effort and focus on concierge level service, this property could become a real resort type experience. Get a little creative and watch the rooms fill up. "Southern Cross Ranch was a wonderful facility. Our room was clean. Breakfast was very fresh and delicious and the views from the breakfast room was spectacular! All staff were very warm, friendly and helpful, especially the owner, Inga; Karen in the office; Kimberly in the restaurant as was all the other staff employees. "We stayed for two nights. The room did not get serviced and later we noticed a small sign that stated rooms are only serviced for stays longer than 3 days. This should clearly be made known at check-in. When we called down to the front desk for a couple of wash clothes and some toilet paper, we were told that he was the only one in the hotel and we would have to come down to the desk to pick them up. In today's environment of "customer no service", it was right up to par. For the price I would consider something else in the future. Also, and this is the best, there was a card in the room with a QR code to tip the staff! Tip them for what?, staying out of our way! That was too funny."
