"Was worth the cost but man it's noisy at night..people arguing in corridors, cars revving in the car park and people screaming and yelling all night. Not the best place for sleep"

"Overall my room was nice. However at check in I was asked to provide a card for pre-authorisation. I’ve been asked many times before but on this occasion $300 was taken from my account immediately. On checking out I was told this will take between 5-10 days to be returned to me. On a holiday budget this wasn’t ideal. Also breakfast each day was always the same. "This was a comfortable place to spend 8 nights. The staff cannot do enough for you - they are responsive, friendly and very quick to help with anything needed."

"Our favourite place to stay in Scarborough! Although the pool section was getting a facelift again, was nice to have another option. The buffet breakfast was super and had different items one day to the next which was nice. They even provided a boxed breakfast since we had to leave really early in the morning to catch a flight! The only downfalls from our stay were: no spare toilet paper roll in room upon arrival, our phone wouldnt work to call the reception area and the fan in the bathroom...

"After staying 10 days and having vip status for late checkout at 12pm. I was refused 12:30 saying I have to pay huge rate for 30 minutes. This is 4 or 5th stay also. At 12:05 get call from hotel saying late. They lied to me saying fully booked and needed service room. I hurried back but they locked me out of room having go down and get key and stressful argument. Later I check their own website and several hotels sites and all types of rooms were available. Was the 30 minutes worth it"
