"Location is the very good, very nice ocean view. Complimentary of free buggy makes a lot of difference of the stay, we enjoyed driving the buggy around for shopping and sightseeing. However, a few things made the stay inconvenient. First, just after checking in on Saturday, we found out the dishwasher not working and very dirty with rubbish everywhere inside. "Great location for afternoon sun, good size etc. Had an issue when asking if we could have some extra towels, simple request made 3 times, only to finally to get a very unhelpful lady of the phone. Just a case of poor skills with communication, and rudeness. Appears the turnaround time of customers is too tight for the cleaners, as we felt the cleanliness was substandard when when we arrived, also mold in showers and lack of care apparent. "Whilst we enjoyed our stay and for the most part we very comfortable in the room, had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. However the room is in need of a refurbishment, especially the bathroom and it needs a good deep clean to remove dust. The advertised picture is out of date. "
