"The Hampton Inn Forrest City is an excellent place to stay. They have especially nice staff. Just a note: there was a tornado warning the night I stayed and I am not sure they have a protocol for what guest are supposed to do."

"I booked a one bedroom and when I got there I was told they didn't have any and ended up with a 2 bed studio. I asked the front desk person what do I do since I paid extra for the one bedroom. She said you'll have to take it up with who you booked it through. Then I get to the room and there are pillows all over the floor. I saw housekeeping down the hall and asked if that was ok. They said oh the room is clean we just didn't finish putting the pillow cases and duvet cover on. So they did that then quickly looked in the bathroom and said that's clean. I went to give my daughter a bath that night and there were 4 long dark hairs in the bath tub and a dirty wash cloth with hair on it on the shelf. I could also see stains in the toliet which we hadn't used yet. "

"Check in person wore a mask and was very soft spoken and difficult to understand… other than that, facility and staff was exceptional."

"Housekeeping was only every other day, they missed once. Only replenished towels and emptied trash, never made beds, never swept floor.Never changed sheets in 12 night stay."
