Named after Cornelis Lely, one of many who changed the Zuiderzee into the IJsselmeer.  Many buildings are plain ugly by all possible definitions, this one is a nice exception. Style: New pragmatism. They are even more impressive when they engines are running. - No Holland without them! #greatdesign
