"Booked double queen bed room , front desk gave a room only has one queen bed. When I go back and asked front desk , then I was told since we booked through Expedia, they don’t have double queen bed for us anymore. "I have stayed at this property before without issue. This time was the exception. On my first evening I had a heavy leak in the bathroom. All of my toiletries and cosmetic bags were soaked and I had to quickly move to another room. When I checked out I mentioned this to the clerk who didn’t seem to have any knowledge of the matter. I would have thought it would have been documented. This property is in need of some TLC. "

"Everything was great, BUT the water pressure was the worst and the hot water ran out fast. We were on the 1st floor. The staff was cordial but not overly friendly, but to their defense, they were solo and perhaps a tad overwhelmed when we arrived at 9 pm. The hotel was booked with soccer players."

"The property was clean and staff is nice. Our other room ppl were up all night talking very load. At night don’t leave your window open because there is so much noise. There was a couple fighting and no security to confront them. Then someone tried to trespass and a loud alarm came on say that they were trespassing on private property and that was very unpleasant. "We stayed here for a weekend getaway, and everything about our experience was excellent. The entire facility was very clean — even the hallways were spotless without a single piece of trash on the floor.
We booked an Executive King Suite, and the room was impressively clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
The staff truly made our stay memorable. Everyone we interacted with was cordial, respectful, and extremely helpful. Their professionalism and kindness stood out.

"A lot happened on an overnight stay, first the tv remote only the power button works, then the spa water is sus and not enough towels, next at 12 mn the fire alarm goes off!! Thankfully it was cleared within an hour. I am glad the room is clean, bathroom is well kept with toiletries enough, bed is comfortable, parking area is accessible!Overall? if you are staying 1 night, for the price? its worth it!!"
