"The room had no heat on one of the coldest nights of the year. The smoke alarm chirped all night, even after changing the battery. The doors had no insulation, very drafty. The lien was stained. Bath tubs were peeling. The parking lot was very icy. "

But only one confirmation number - because it was all under one account - confusing because they only pulled up the name & not both rooms -fully booked no avail rooms - the other party had to go to another hotel - I gave them the other persons name & they found the room. "Ice machine in freezer didn’t work and also the tv had no signal. I called the front desk, and they tried to fix it but no luck. "

"Poor Wi-fi. Toilet didn’t flush. It took 3 calls for someone to answer the phone. Towels were dirty. You have to pay to park in their garage. Room furniture was old & worn. Staff was great though, very friendly & helpful. They were the saving grace of our stay there. "

"Nice stay, I enjoyed the bridge riverview from my room, but when I started wiping everything down it wasnt as clean as it appeared. A lot of dust and dirt on the light switches and surfaces. The restaurant was nice, but my entree wasnt salted (short ribs) and the drink tower (martini flight) came after all the food. It tasted horrible. Also, the parking was $30 and its just a parking lot. They should have it included in your night stay. Im not sure if I would stay again."

"This property is excellent !! The staff is friendly. They have fresh lemon lime water with ice in lobby. The staff is always pleasant . The gym is nice also. Only disappointment no pool or jacuzzi. last time they had it. In hotel. The restaurants are within walking distance. "

"This place gets the job done. No frills, not fancy, but a tremendous location. Came into town for the weekend to go to urban air and then Sahara Sam’s waterpark. Both places are awesome, highly recommend. The room was surprisingly spacious and had a lot of weird extra space. I had just stayed the weekend before in New York City and my hotel room was about the size of a cruise ship room, so the bathroom was huge and we had a balcony looking at the pool, which was obviously closed for the season....

"The staff was very good: attentive, helpful, and very quick responses when needed. The rooms, though, were not great. The AC/heating unit runs 100% of the time and it is LOUD. Even when the unit was turned off using the wall control, the fan continued to run 24/7. "
