"I made the reservation for two adults and a 17-year-old. We ended up with a king bed and a two-seat couch (not a sofa bed, which is what I had been told was provided). The couch was obviously far too small for my daughter to sleep on.
There was also a strong chemical/perfume smell in the room, and the check-in process took much longer than expected.
It was only for one short night, so it was manageable, but overall the experience was disappointing."

"Very clean and modern hotel. We enjoyed the pool, the lobby restaurant was great with good hours. One thing to note if you are travelling with kids, all the restaurants are inside the casino so that left only one option if we wanted to stay on site which was the lobster legend restaurant. The "seafood" and other mystery meats were awful and overpriced. My husband and I did try one of the casino restaurants and the food was good! Prices a little high but we expected that. "So close to the airport, it was perfect. We could walk there in 4 mins. Staff was helpful and friendly. Only comment was the pillows were so large and fluffy. If each bed could have a fluffy option and a flatter option, it would be better. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee amazing! I would stay here again. Thank you Element!"
