"When we arrived in our room it was full of mold! We were given another room but was kept up most of the night due to noise! They neglected to give us our breakfast vouchers for breakfast and had to go through the ordeal of getting those the next morning! I would not stay here again."

Shell Island Resort - All Oceanfront Suites
"Staff were super nice. Loved the balcony overlooking the ocean- that’s really why we chose this hotel. But bed wasn’t very comfortable, scratchy sheets that smelled over chlorinated. Having a bath and a half was nice. And needed to buy bottled water as the tap water tasted awful."
