"The attendants at the desk were friendly and helpful. I had to get the attendant to come help me. I have a c-pap machine that needed to be plugged near the bed. The outlet was under the bed. He was able to climb under to reach it. My niece came in after I fell asleep and had to crawl under the bed too to plug in her phone. So if you need the outlet near the bed bring a long extension cord or 10ft charger cord which I did happen to bring mine and plug into the outlet across from the bed. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable."
