"Au déjeuner, les boissons (chaudes ou froides) ne sont pas disponibles en self-service, il faut les commander à une personne assurant le service en salle. Un peu mal-accommodant, bien que les serveurs sont en continu en salle, le pourboire est presque obligatoire. Sinon, le déjeuner est diversifié et délicieux, il y en a pour tous les goûts."

"Front desk staff were great ~ even shared a good laugh about an inside joke. The room was lovely ~ clean and fresh. I especially enjoyed the AC which was running when I entered the room .. I greatly appreciated that as it was the middle of August and a dreadfully hot and humid weekend, nearing 40 degrees. My waterfront view was perfect ~ overlooked the lake, docks and pool. I only wish I had booked more time for dining, lazing around the pool going out on the lake... oh well next time as I would...
