"Very bad communication no information what so ever extra cost for everything such as extra cost for breakfast extra cost for parking lot we paid for everything and yet they didn’t have anything ready breakfast schedule horrible in general everything was a extra cost and was paid for but nothing was received just wasted my money and my time."

"The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. The only things I have a complaint over is the breakfast. Literally all there was for breakfast were pancakes, oatmeal, banana, yogurt, coffee and juice (apple and orange). Not much to choose from but we made due and the jets didn't work on the hot tub but was still warm. Other than that out stay was great."

"Overall very pleased with the hotel. The room was clean and staff was helpful. Breakfast was good and they had a manager's reception in the evening with free drinks and snacks. The kids used and enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which seemed clean and well maintained. We ate at the restaurant one evening and ordered the pizza, and to be honest, it was pretty mediocre pizza, but I was happy not to have to drive somewhere else, do it was fine. We would definitely stay there again."

"Restaurant staff was excellent, hotel staff friendly and efficient, Sat & Sunday breakfast staff was rude & they talked amongst themselves a lot. However, Friday and Monday breakfast staff was limited to Evelyn and she was great."
