"What a disgrace of a business!! Upon arrival, we couldn't get anyone to answer the door. I saw a notice on one of the doors that said call this number for assistance, so did that, and it went to voicemail. We were outside in -3 deg weather for 3 quarters of an hour trying to get in. "Great motel and efficient hosting. I did not actually meet any staff, but instructions and advice were all conveyed online and through info packets in the room; the eating/shopping recommendations for Fairlie were especially appreciated. Room was spacious and clean and well facilitated."
