"Staff was very friendly and you could tell some upgrades had been done in the main lobby area. The hallways to the rooms, the carpet looked live water waves that was coming loose. The room wasn’t the most clean but wasn’t horrible for a one night stay on a road trip. Very limited parking, majority of people had to park at a motel next door. Would stay here again but lots of other options close to this "

"When I booked, there was no indication that the property would be undergoing renovation work. When I got there, Reno work was heavily underway. From approximately 9am until 6pm every day, there was drilling or scraping, tools dropped, drywall and other debris taken down the elevator all day long. The workers were very kind and apologized when they noticed us waiting. Breakfast was a typical buffet style but always presented nicely. The area was very clean. "This is my preferred hotel when travelling to the Louisville area. You will not find a better hotel in this price range. Also it is just 5-10 minutes across the bridge to downtown Louisville. Clean, nice rooms, quiet and safe."

"Great hotel, great staff. The traffic noise from the street on the outside of the building is tough to ignore at night. Very minor issue: the car charger in the garage is for Tesla only, but I was able to find a charger on the street"

"Upon entering, there was a noticeable foul smell. The tables were not clean, and we also found cigarette burn holes in the comforter. Because of that, we ended up going out to buy disinfecting wipes, air freshener, and even a blanket so we felt comfortable enough to sleep. We honestly turned it into a “make it work” kind of night and still had a good time together, but cleanliness and upkeep definitely need improvement. Wouldn’t choose this location again. "

"air conditioner was running, mini fridge was dirty, no microwave. the staff were very sweet and helpful and I have nothing bad to say about them. the motel itself was dirty and something about everything had a weird vibe. The door to our room was hard to get into (we weren’t the only ones this happened to), and when the door was fully shut there was cracks and you could see sunlight coming through. the people around were also very sketchy and it was overall the most scariest and worst stay ever...
