Old Bridge on The Primrose Line: Once the Branch line to Kingsbridge the old track makes a fabulous walk alongside the River Avon from Old Loddiswell Station to Gara Bridge. The brick work on the bridges is a work of art.

A great hotel, staff are friendly, trendy bar and rooms. Our room was immaculate. Loved the bar area, hotel in walking distance of the Barbican, shops and Royal Dockyard.

A grand hotel with lovely views however whilst the public areas are rather splendid, some areas do look a little tired and in need of updating. This didn't detract from our stay though. Plentiful and varied breakfast and a great location
