"The room was clean. The only disappointment I had was that the room temperature was at 68° ,when I entered the room, and I could not adjust the temperature to make it warmer. However, I called the staff to fix the matter. Their turn around time was extremely fast and the situation was resolved. So ..."

"Pool and hot tub was nice. Our shower was loud, Room was ok but was in need of some minor repair. Didn't love that there was one microwave for the whole floor. Could have used room service a bit more. Staff was nice but housekeeping was loud in the morning hours."
