"We had an excellent experience at the Holiday Inn Express Hangzhou East Station by IHG. The location couldn’t be more convenient, it’s just a short walk from Hangzhou East Station, which made arriving, departing, and getting around the city incredibly easy. Despite being so close to a major transport hub, the hotel felt calm, safe, and well‑designed for travellers. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a wide variety of options each morning, from Chinese dishes to Western favourites, fresh fruit, pastries, and hot items. Everything was well‑stocked and tasted great, making it a perfect start to the day. Our room was spotless, modern, and surprisingly spacious. The layout was thoughtful, the bed was comfortable, and the overall cleanliness exceeded expectations. It felt like a true retreat after long days of exploring Hangzhou.
