The staff were so friendly. Rooms very clean. The shuttle busses to and from the airport were prompt. Enjoyed our overnight stay.

Not the first time I've stayed at Hotel Nikko Narita. I keep coming back because there's no reason to go an unfamiliar hotel. The shuttle to and from the airport is great.
