"The facilities are alright. But big room to improve on the management. First of all, our kid was so excited about the Easter egg hunt but the eggs were taken by older children before the hunt. In a previous ingenia there was an Easter bunny who hid the eggs when the hunt was about to begin. Much better planning. Also, the tennis court didn't require booking. The lake rooms are shielded from the traffic from the highway and offer the best relaxing views with ducks and Nankeen Night Herons across the water in the late afternoon. Be aware you are next door to the primary school so it will be a bitty noisy during the school hours. This is my second time staying and I will be back."
