"First of all,Wyndham Grand hotel Kelemis is an amazing hotel ,starting from the nice rooms,great service,friendly staff,nice location and varitiy of restaurants but what made this hotel so special to me,is Mrs Eda , the duty manager,and her team yusuf, Elif,Poa and Ege went above and beyond to help me find the my phone that i lost in the taxi . i was deeply impressed by her ability to to solve my problem,she was committed to find my phone in a short time period and she did!!! Thank you for treating me like a family member and for the great hospitality...staying in a place where you feel at home and safein a great feeling..highly recommended hotel"

"All I can say is my experience in Istanbul with GLK was amazing! Staff were so helpful, resourceful, and accommodating. Property and rooms are very clean, well maintained, and the ocean view room was great. They have a beautiful terrace area where breakfast is served every morning and you can sit out there at night to whine down from your busy day. Definitely recommend! It’s close to restaurants, bazar, blue mosque and many other attractions. 10/10! Thank you GLK for my great experience!"

"The room was a bit small, air conditioning worked very well, and the staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful, especially Ekrem, who was excellent. Breakfast was your typical Turkish breakfast, where you’re given a menu and choose what you’d like. The views from the breakfast area were, once again, incredible. The bathroom was a little on the squashy side, and I noticed that the cover over the ventilation fan looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. That definitely could have used some attention. There was also a young, rather solidly built lady who appeared to be a team leader. She could certainly have done with a smile now and then instead of looking so serious all the time! 😄 Despite us tipping the cleaning lady and the breakfast staff every day—including her—there was never much improvement, or even a smile, from her. Other than that, the staff were friendly enough. Murat, who also seemed to be a team leader (like the “solid” lady 😄), was very professional and took good care of us. Overall, there were some small things that could have been improved, but the friendly and professional staff, particularly Ekrem and Murat, made a positive difference."

"I was not happy with coordination with hotel regarding checking and hotel transfer from airport. We arrived with two separate flights and although they asked all the information they did not provide a ride to hotel and also they didn’t let the first group to check in before I arrived. They kept them in the lobby for several hours. The location of the hotel was excellent. Our rooms were clean and spacious. The shower drainage was not very good. The quality of breakfast and service was not good at all, but the area had a very nice view."

"We had a great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Moda! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. When my husband accidentally left his phone in the taxi, the staff acted very quickly, contacted the driver, and helped us get the phone back. We really appreciated their kindness and quick response! The rooms were very clean, the location was excellent, and the area felt very safe. The metro was only about a 5-minute walk away, the bus stop around 10 minutes, and there were plenty of local cafés and restaurants nearby. Our only suggestion would be to add a breakfast buffet option. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!"
