I am sorry that you were disappointed. We never want a guest to leave dissatisfied. We have tried to be as transparent as possible regarding the spa closure and it is clearly stated on the landing page of our website. The engineers are due to fix the fault this week and we hope to reopen this facility by the weekend. Once again, I am sorry that you were disappointed. I am sorry if you felt rushed, this was not our intention. We simply like to advise guests when a large part of 36 are dining that it is better to sit down before or much later so that we can offer the best service possible. The worst case scenario is when a table for 2 sit down at the same time and we always to try to manage bookings to avoid this. If we were to close the restaurant to other guests, then as sure as eggs are eggs, we would get complaints as well. I hope you appreciate, we try to do the best for all our valued guests.
