十分

出張で4泊利用しました。 JR川崎駅に近く、朝食付なのに比較的安くて良い。 見た目は古いが、リフォームされていてきれい。 カビくささなどは一切ない。 周りの騒音も特に気にならなかった。 お風呂がいまどき温水・冷水の2系統なのはつらい。 朝食はB1階の中華料理店でブュッフェスタイルだが、毎日ほぼ同じメニューで連泊だと飽きる。 寝るだけなら十分と思う。

Very affordable accommodation. It is close to Haneda Airport so it is very convenient for the first couple nights.
