"The room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. The staff were very responsive to my questions and concerns and were always very patient. The signage for amenities, division of space, expected rules of behaviour, and WiFi were extremely clear and helpful. The proximity to the plaza with a T&T made it super easy to find cheap, delicious food, and access to Yonge Street meant easy transit time. The locks made me feel very secure. "I called the property the evening before confirming my reservation. I was told that I would receive a email with instructions on how to access the property the following day. Coming up at 12:00 noon the next day, no information provided. I had to message the property who finally after 20 minutes of waiting sent the email. I had to carry my luggage down a long cement brick paved walkway. The pavers were loose and somewhat hazardous to walk on carrying luggage. The rear outside door had an entry...

"Affordable last minute option. Very, very pleased with the accommodation. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Clean room and they provided towels and toiletries. Took the room with a private bathroom for an additional fee. Very friendly and amiable hosts. Highly recommended."
