Good hotel but no English speaking staff

The hotel itself is nice, over a large area, With a cold and hot pool, and grounds to walk through. Our family room was big and clean. However, the stairs to get from the parents's bed to the children's loft were uncomfortable and a bit scary to climb down. The staff did their best to help but since none spoke English, we could ask for practically nothing.

Disappointing stay at resort

Location was far from the main Sun Moon Lake. Guess it's more of a resort getaway where you stay at the resort to bbq, swim, etc. Kinda more suited for locals for a getaway than for tourists who want to do some sightseeing. Suggest to look for a property on one of the 3 piers at the lake. Duplex unit not recommended. Only 1 toilet. The 6 of us had to take turns using the 1 toilet which was quite time-wasting. Room and corridor had musky/stale smell. Not like a hotel with concierge staff assisting you with luggage and all. No value for money. Seems quite pricey as compared with other properties in and around Taiwan.

環境清幽的休閒渡假好所在

這是入住晶園第二次，非常喜歡飯店所處的地理位置，尤其是小木屋，四周被山谷環抱著，清晨的空氣非常好，飯店的設施適合慵懶悠閒的賴在裡頭，下次去南投旅遊還是會再選擇晶園渡假飯店！

餐點好吃 環境優美 自然環境 房間寬大 地點便利離九族超近 離日月潭等等景點都有點距離但是剛剛好 適合小朋友很愛玩可以盡情玩樂 游泳跑跳騎車等等很多可以玩的

位置十分偏僻，早餐亦沒太多選擇，質素差，而且食物沒有蓋，很多昆蟲飛在食物上，唯一的好處是比較像外國的渡假村，很休閒，地方大

性價比 仲差過3星酒店

非常貨不對辨的酒店!! 相中有泳池有SPA 池, 但沒有員工負責管理, 結果無得用! 最不滿是我投訴WIFI 收不到時, 酒店員工說因WIFI 發射器在大堂, 叫我打開門接收訊號 . 這到底是什麼的服務.... 早餐是自助餐, 但當我早上8點半到餐廳時, 有些食物已經沒有了, 亦沒有補上.
