As the property is built along the mountains, some walkways can be difficult with heavy luggage. Yet, the friendly staff will drop off the luggage as close to the buildings as possible. "The staffs are super friendly and really warm. She gave us all the required info to see the sun rise which is just 2 min walk. You can also see the tea garden there. The property is decorated with beautiful plants and lights. It is truely magical like I were in the fairy tale. The room is clean. Many parkings there. "There was a night firefly walk included and guided hikes as well. The staff was great and spoke English well, but also spoke about us in Mandarin not knowing we also understood. Only mentioning that they were surprised we would show up in Taiwan with such a horrible president. While we agree about the horrible president part, it was still a bit rude. "I was very impressed with this B&B, which is run by a friendly family business. The B&B is pretty clean and new. Karsing is the manager and he’s very supportive and helpful. He can give you a ride to the nearest town for shopping or food. You can enjoy his teashow and listen to his story about tea production. He also has a lot good recommendations while you stay at his place. I will definitely come back to this B&B once plan going to Alishan. Thank you!"
