"The only negative thing is that they only had a person working on-site less than half the time. However, they have key lock boxes for each room, give you the combination, and keep the key inside. The bathroom was also small, but fully functional, with good hot water in the shower. A minor nit-pick... I do not understand the European custom of a shower with no door, so know you will be getting that. However, you get that at a GREAT DEAL of places in Europe, so that's more of a "so you are informed" than a "this is bad." Heat worked perfectly (and with it actively snowing, that was solid), and there was a shoe rack with a mat under it so your shoes could drip dry and not mess up the floor. If I ever come back to this city, I WILL be staying here again."

"Definitely not worth the money, i reserved a queen bed and got two single beds. Room was quite cold and couldn't regulate the temperature correctly. The step into the shower was quite high so people with mobility problems i wont recommend it. Rooms are old and not modern at all. Breakfast was okayish but the coffee was simply terrible. Lots of improvements to be done. Not worth 100eur a night at all. "

Jeśli nie, polecam poprosić na recepcji, żeby kogoś podesłali. - Pokoje (w moim przypadku typ Superior) mają dobrze wygłuszoną sypialnię, ale bardzo źle — pokój „główny”; jeśli ktoś zamierza tam spać, musi się liczyć z tym, że usłyszy wszystkie hałasy z korytarza, a na pewno poczuje każde trzaśnięcie potężnych drzwi z innych pokoi. - Windy są powolne i jest ich zdecydowanie za mało; przy większym obłożeniu hotelu pozostają schody. - W pomieszczeniu ARCADE większość urządzeń była nieprzyjemnie zabrudzona (zakładam, że czyszczone są tak często jak bawialnia — lub nigdy). - Na basenie kilkukrotnie zwracano obsłudze uwagę, że „odpadają małe kafelki” i powstają ostre krawędzie. Nie zostało to ani naprawione, ani odpowiednio zabezpieczone. - W KIDS CLUB jedne drzwi pozwalają wyjść na klatkę schodową, bez możliwości powrotu. Co oznacza, że jak dziecko wyjdzie tam "
