"The apartment is stunning and finished to a very high standard. It included essentials like hairdryer, iron, umbrella, shampoo and body wash. They had even left dishwasher and washing machine tablets .The freezer door needs adjusting as it cannot be opened with the location on the fridge door. "The apartment is beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot. The view is a pleasant outlook to a small triangle and a synagogue. It can be noisy with the windows open till after midnight. The owners are lovely people and if you book, please use another site. Expedia has the wrong phone number and also emailed us a receipt that was 25% higher than the contracted amount, but did not actually charge us the extra. This was by far the worst booking experience I have had...

"Excellent location. A nice new build of new apartments in the old part of Krakow. Apartment itself is small and cleanliness was not great. It needs a deep clean, especially bathroom, which didn't seem too hygienic. There were no toileters provided."
