"I had chosen this resort because the pictures, and reviews looked good. I was here with my 2 adult kids . We got to the hotel a bit late from a day of exploring. Wish we did earlier. The place was nothing like the pictures showed. It looked run down. The towels were stained. We would’ve stayed at least for one day, but the noise for airplanes above us, the fireworks, and strange noises outside our room was too much to handle for us. We couldn’t stay."

"Nous avons passé trois agréables nuits à l’hotel Thirty One. Le personnel était très aimable et nous avons eu beaucoup d’aide pour planifier notre séjour à Zhangjiajie. Une ambiance très « auberge de jeunesse » qui est forte agréable."

"Perfect for the budget traveller. The address posted on here is wrong. Or at least that might be the address of the other building, they have two. The main address is: HunanZhangjiajieYongdingPengjiapu Unit, Guanli Road No.1-21.
This is a family owned place, the husband speaks some English and is very helpful. The wife man's the front desk at the main building and the son on the other. Very clean and close to food and Tianmen Mountain Cableway."

"The hotel was in an ideal location with good facilities .The hosts were really helpful , lovely and welcoming. Theybyook our bags to our room and plan a route and gave us a map for our visit to the National Park.
