"We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely unprofessional, and the room felt dirty and dusty throughout our stay. It was unpleasant even to take off our shoes and walk around the room in slippers. We also noticed bugs running around the room. Everything felt old, poorly maintained, and unclean. The hotel markets itself as a five-star property, but in our opinion it doesn’t come close to that standard. Our stay was very uncomfortable and left a very negative impression overall. Usually we do not write negative reviews but this time it was impossible not do it. Never recommend to anyone."

"The lighting was apalling! Mirrors in dark corners or bad light. Had to use a torch in the restaurant to be able to read tge menu. Everything black or dark grey which gave a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Most importantly wee were not told about tge major traffic diversion!!! It took us 2 1/2 hours from Bruges to find tge hotel!!! I used to be a regular client but this experience was apalling for such an expensive and well known chain! Also not enough tea bags or milk in the room for 2 days for 2 people. Very dissatisfied!!"

"Hotel could do with a revamp. No one on reception when I arrived at 9.30. Waited for 10 minutes. Kitchen closed. No food options. Charged additional €12 to park. Just include in the price."

"Upon arrival the room wasn’t prepared but was remedied quickly. The room was spacious and included a dining table and chairs. Bed was ok, not super comfortable. Cleaning was ok, I noticed things that were missed. There were a few coffee pods and tea. It had a bathtub which was great. Location was excellent, mall and train station right across the street. A buffet breakfast was available but we didn’t partake. Overall it was ok."
