Downsides included not being able to get into room late at night as key wasn’t working. Second time key malfunctioned. My husband left a family party to let me in. His key worked. Otherwise, we would have been locked out all night since there was no one on duty. Bartender tried to call manager, no answer. Also, no one on duty to check us out at 8:15 am. "Our (family with 2 kids under 12 y.o.) stay was very nice. The responsible person at the hotel was very helpful with our requests and made some very nice suggestions during our 4-night stay. The junior suite was nice, warm and clean. Our younger son, 7 y.o., loved his own bed area under the staircase. The home-made breakfast was very nice, too."
