It took almost 2 hours for lunch to be served because the waitstaff were all seated trying to watch a soccer game. "The hotel staff said that they do not work with Expedia, therefore they did not accept my reservation and I had to leave the place and look for another hotel in the evening. Really it was a bad experience. However, they said that it was responsability of Expedia for offering services in their name without permission."
