"Upon arrival, the hotel greeter Allison advised us they we did not have a reservation or paid booking. We than showed her a copy of receipt and paid booking from 2 months ago. Expedia called the hotel and they finally gave us a key. 30 minutes later Alison called our phone demanding payment.No hot water and ac is more like a fan. Not sure if the hotel was trying to scam us since we our foreigners to them. Save the hassle and book somewhere else"

We arrived at the airport and tried to see if a cab could find the place (no address was given, just a street) after a $50 cab ride we finally stopped at a restaurant with wifi to call the property at which time they told us it was not taking reservations this month.
