"I had a very good stay, lovely spacious room, fridge, safe, lovely staff member checked me in (Senona?). Bed very comfortable, nice and firm. The coffee/tea area I marked down because there was loose sugar in the little box, an empty packet, and a dirty area by the bin (maybe tea bags being flung into it and splashing against the side!) "

"Good stay if you're not going to be spending much time in your hotel room as there was black mold and spider webs in my hotel room. Amenities were lacking and no room service or cleaning done for the entire stay. However, staff were very nice and helpful. Might go back. "

"Everything was amazing! I would definetly recommend for solo travellers! I was by myself and they were so accommodating even upgrading me to a room that would be easier to find as my flight was coming in later in the evening. Very clean and easy to find as well as being very close to the airport and bus/trains that get you there! "

"The staff was very responsive, the neighborhood was beautiful with shop and restaurants nearby and plenty of buses and train options to get to other parts of London, including Heathrow. I will stay here again."
