A funcionária da recepção me informou que não poderia me fornecer nenhum travesseiro extra (nem ofereceu a opção de pagar) ou trocar a toalha de banho de um dia para o outro (ficamos por 2 noites, as toalhas ficaram molhadas no primeiro dia, estava chovendo muito e no dia seguinte fui obrigada a me secar na toalha molhada...
