"Great Location, amazing friendly staff "

"Location excellent. Easy walk to bus stop, supermarkets, beach and restaurants. Accommodation had everything you could need for self catering. Lovely balcony. Pool area sunny, clean and lots of loungers and sun umbrellas. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and would return again. "

"Basic room. Value for money spent. Room could use some updating Kitchen could be redone. Beds ok but not most comfortable a bit noisy during the day with music from the bar. Location is fantastic "

"Vi bokade för hela familjen, men var iallafall tvungna att betala en gång till för att få mer än en säng. Enligt hotels.com så ingick tre personer i priset, men enligt boendet ingick bara en person för priset vi hade betalat. Så personen var väldigt hjälpsamma och ordnade en till säng åt oss. Men då var vi tvungna att betala dubbelt så mycket. Väldigt hjälpsam personal, men tråkigt att det blev dubbla priset."

"A great location in the centre of Maspalomas and good value. Room is basic but very clean and modern. Spacious Bathroom. Plenty of storage space The pool area is especially nice. Will stay again. Downsides are, a somewhat noisy setting due to busy traffic and adjacent to delivery parking. So bring earplugs (a good idea for central maspalomas everywhere). WiFi is dreadful, as is everywhere else on the Island, so prepare for data roaming in advance."

"Las Arenas has quite a smart reception area that suggests it was once in a rather better state than it is now. The apartments are in definite need of updating - splits in the doors, and a poor shower screen that meant it was easy to virtually flood the bathroom. Not that my showers lasted long, as the water was only hot for a very short burst at a time. The TV is supposedly set up for Netflix and YouTube, but the signal is constantly weak and I couldn’t access either. The pool area is locked,...
