"At first, everything was great. Cute pool area, air conditioning was fantastic, nice room set up. We had an issue with the shower drainage, but that was fixed the next day. Communication via WhatsApp with whoever was on the other end was super fast and helpful. However, front desk wasn’t as helpful with our needs. And at times we felt ignored. Location wise, wasn’t the best for tourists. We were told that tourists usually stay in a more populated area with more restaurants on the other side of...

"The hostess was very nice and helpful. The place was super tidy and cute. The breakfast was also very nice, but we would have loved some water. Other than that it was a delicious breakfast with enough variety. Unfortunately it was raining the last night we were there and it was very very loud."

"Palm Holiday appartments is a lovely complex, with super friendly personal who takes care of everything, gives you good tips and Tricks for a beautiful stay in praslin. The Apartment is near to one of the best beaches in praslin, Ansge Georgette. Breakfeast is simple, but everything required for a healthy meal will be provided. Apartment is clean and has no Insects or anything. We had a wonderful stay there and can recommend definitely, special thanks two the staff who are doing an amazing Job!!...

"The property is conveniently located in a main road near the beach and hotel amenities. I rented a bike and and it was very convenient and all one would need for transport. Great restaurants near the property. Simple and efficient. I had terrible WiFi connection. If one relies heavily on Wifi, keep in mind it is not consistent."
