"Einfacher Check-In/Check-Out, freundliches Personal, gute Lage für Zugreisende, da in der Nähe vom Bahnhof, super Anbindung in die Innenstadt. Umgebung ist okay, viel befahrene Straßen - aber in der Nähe vom Bahnhof nicht überraschend. Zimmer war sauber, teils etwas staubig, aber alles im Rahmen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut in Ordnung. Ich würde nochmal buchen! "

"Sheets had faecal matter stains and a full ashtray was left on the balcony. When I complained the next morning compensation was offered by means of a free breakfast. Went to get my consolation prize breakfast but there was nothing laid out so I had a miserable double espresso and left in disgust. Hotels.com gave me a $25 hush voucher. The only positive thing about this was the checkin help on the phone number provided, the girl was very helpful. Even though I explained I have a disability...
