"Tuve recogida del aeropuerto y cuando llegué me di cuenta que era otra dirección, otro alojamiento. Estaban estrenando una segunda localización y la que yo reservé estaba llena pero eso nunca me lo informaron de antemano y es algo desestabilizante tener esa sorpresa llegando a un lugar por primera vez.
De igual forma fueron muy atentos y me ayudaron a coordinar la recogida del tour del día siguiente que estaba con la dirección original. Habitación y desayuno muy bien."

"This family-owned boutique hotel was very conveniently located in the historical district of Cusco. The breakfast was fantastic and on our one early start tour day, the boxed breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. Our only inconvenience was finding the hotel entrance because you have to enter a closed gate from the street and there is no hotel signage. Keep the physical hotel address with you for the street number of the hotel and buzz the intercom located on the right hand side of the green...

"Excellent location and massive beds. We stayed in 2 different rooms before and after our trek. Both were formed with the old wall, the first had a dehumidifier, the second didnt. Both rooms felt a bit damp. The window in the bathroom opened out onto the street. Breakfast was tasty and theyvwill do you a breakfast to go if you have an early start. Looked after our bags FOC between stays."

"We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across...

"Upon first arriving, I was out of breath from how much I had to hike uphill to get to the property. This wasn’t a surprise, since one of the reviews had mentioned it. "Es un hotel que por el precio es para llegar a dormir. Te levantas a las 4 am para hacer los tour y regresas a las 7 PM.
Esta cerca de la plaza de armas y el centro. Muy bien ubicado.
El desayuno es bastante austero pero cumple, para el día que lo quieras hacer de 7-9 am
Es un hotel perfecto que por el precio cumple para lo que es. "
