"Nos toco una habitación que tenía humedad y el polvo caía en cara, no cambiaban la ropa de la cama, la otra habitación no estaba y nos tuvimos que quedar todos en la misma habitación, a pesar de que se pagó lo de las dos personas extras, no hubo más toallas, instalaciones que requieren de mantenimiento, solo una persona fue muy amable que nos dio la habitación antes y nos ayudó a que las personas se quedarán con nosotros, ya que l segunda reservación no la tenían"
