"Great location! I could highly recommend this hotel since it's walking distance to dozens of restaurants, bars, shops and attractions. The front desk night staff is extremely helpful/friendly. We were there during the world cup and were able to see all the "watch-parties" from the balcony in our room. The nightlife is rocking so there is some noise but we didn't go on vacation to sleep, we went to explore and enjoy Veracruz."

"La habitacion con las paredes descarapeladas por humedad y donde no habia humedad estaban muy sucias y manchadas, mate 2 cucarachitas y varios zancudos, sin señal de wi fi, ni un gancho donde colgar mi ropa, habia gotas de cloro en el lavabo y se me quedo pinto un pantalon que puse ahi para bañarne, pues solo hay una barra para colocar la toalla y lo peor fue la cama: bueno yo creo en lugar de descanso fue un castigo, porque el colchon se sumia y amaneci toda aporreada y con dolor de espalda 😔"
