"Overall it was good enough for what I needed it for. The room itself wasn’t the best looking place. The lights in the toilet was really dim so it was a struggle to see. "I booked this place because we desperately needed somewhere to stay for easy travel to Wembley. I was a bit uncertain about the reviews but honestly this place is fine. "The hotel was perfect for six guys who'd just been at Goodwood Speed Week and wanted three twin rooms. Beds were comfortable, furnishings satisfactory, but maybe better towels would have been nice. "It’s a lovely old building but does need some TLC. The staff were great and the room comfortable but did need a vacuum. Floorboards are squeaky as you’d expect in an older building and parking spaces are not guaranteed so be prepared to pay to park.
