"Llegamos a la habitación y no funcionaba el radiador, hacia mucho frío, tuvimos que dormir con forro polar, la cama de las niñas tenía edredón y nuestra cama con doble colcha fina además crujía mucho el somier y el cabezal, pedimos mantas pero fue insuficiente. Y el baño era compartido que en la reserva no estaba especificado."

"Terrible experience—the GPS coordinates and instructions were incorrect and we ended up in the middle of nowhere, with four kids. We called the Albergue for four hours at the number they provided, between check-in hours, no answer. Emailed the property, no answer. We ended up reserving another hotel on the spot after wasting an entire afternoon trying to contact this hotel. We were charged anyway. Not sure if we just couldn’t find the place and no one responds, or whether it doesn’t even exist...

"It was very difficult to find the hotel because there was any signage of hotel in the village. We spent 40 mins. to find the hotel. The heating system was poor but staff was kind and the room and facilities were very nice."

"The room we booked (The Montros) was a spacious room, with a comfy queen bed and plenty of storage for our things. The Godsend was the air conditioning, as the temps were over 95 degrees every day. Directions to parking, the unit, and key access were perfect and communication excellent. You should be advised that you are sharing a bathroom and kitchen, but the bathrooms were clean, the towels were large and absorbent, and the body soap smelled divine! If you get the chance, eat at the BO2 restaurant...its a 2 min walk from the rooms, and incredibly good fixed price menu. Monserrat is only a 17 min drive from there, and the BCN/El Prat airport is about a 35 min drivetoo! Id definitely stay here again. Well done!"
