"Siamo rimasti troppo poco per riuscire a dare un giudizio completo alla struttura, ma tutto sommato posso dire che è estremamente carina e comoda per visitare Lucerna. La presenza di personale alla reception che masticasse un minimo di italiano, ci ha sicuramente semplificato il check in. Le ragazze sono state sin da subito carine e cordiali. "The property is ok but could benefit from an upgrade. The staff were great although there were issues with the cooling system in our room. The one and only off putting thing is the amount of flies in the lobby especially around the food at breakfast. I struggled to eat much because of this "

"The room was spacious and clean. Everything was lovely. The only downside was that we couldn't find parking and had to park far."

"The location is excellent, easy walk to everything. The beds were comfortable and the pool area was good; the whole hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The only thing to note in summer is the rooms don't have AC and it can get hot; there were fans provided which worked well."

"My stay was great. Awesome location just a short walk from Lake Zug, parks, and restaurants. The property is right next to the train stop which makes transportation very convenient to get in and out of Zug. I Stayed in one of the shared dorms. The beds could use curtains for some privacy but everything was clean in the room upon arrival. Staff was very friendly."
