"We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged! We had to book another hotel which cost us above the odds just so we could attend the concert. A very upsetting and stressful experience. "

"Amazing hostel. I really enjoy my stay here. Owner Glenn is so helpful, resourceful and kind to have a chat. The volunteers Kasia and Dan are lovely to talk with. It feels a very cosy hostel, not too crowded, noisy and neither a party hostel. I was visiting for tourism and leisure and while many of the guests staying here for work or business, there were no issues. And Glenn kindly helped to sorted out a minor issue in the room very effectively. Just a note there is no stove but a microwave...

"We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "It was room only. The room was clean. Bed comfortable. It was on ground floor which was good for us. Good free car park. Staff were very nice and friendly. Five minutes to Hull centre and about twenty minutes to Beverly. "
