"I had a very nice and relaxing stay and the breakfast and other items I ordered were excellent."

"The pool has a million dollar view. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The price was unbeatable and it included breakfast! An elevator and room fridge would have been nice, but I have no complaints and would highly recommend! The location is excellent!"

"Rooms were great and location was perfect all at a good price. Mr. Strong was the man. Very welcoming and enjoyed chatting with him. He helped us arrange a bus for a good price, gave us tips for what to do at our next leg of the trip, and generally had a lovely family and home stay. Would recommend staying here to anyone"

"Very Asian, moderate cleanliness, no top sheet meaning you are sharing your coverlet with all who have gone before you. Breakfast minimal but at the price expected. "

"Khách sạn ẩm mốc đầy trần, khăn bết dính dơ, ko có nhân viên lau dọn hay chăm sóc, thay khăn thay nước uống gì cả, dầu gội và sữa tắm đã quá hạn sử dụng 3 năm, phòng nhỏ không tiện nghi, không tủ lạnh không móc quần áo"

"Great service"

"Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience."

"It’s not good place to stay "

"I enjoyed my stay, it’s in a good location maybe 5 minute walk to all the bars and stores, the staff is helpful and friendly."

"The family that have this hotel are so sweet and helpful and kind ! They make our stay really great! The food they cook is really good! We will certainly come back and we recommand this hotel!"

"Very quite family run place. Real great value and is a nice change of pace from over packed hostels. There is a lady that speaks English very well. The hostel is located very close to the bus stop(everything in town is pretty close). "

"Very nice place and close to everything."

"Staff were really helpful, with making tour bookings and laundry. Breakfast in the morning was lovely served on the rooftop with the incredible view."
