"WiFi only worked half the time. No shampoo. Induction stove top would beep and turn off for no reason. Entry to complex is not clear as there are two digital entry boxes, not one. One does not work for entry. I saw many guests trying for a half hour to enter."

"So there was a software glitch from Enter Backpack Hotel and we where re-booked into the Enter City Hotel I would have given 5 stars for everything but, this glitch was unexpected. They emailed us to late with the change - we were already travelling.
City hotel staff was great. Nice to have a washer and a drier."

"Nel complesso l'esperienza di Tromso è stata piacevole anche grazie al Lodge&Camping. Tuttavia per il prezzo pagato ci aspettavamo un Lodge più curato (da sistemare mobili, troppo vecchi e rovinati). Inaccettabile la proposta di lasciare i letti con le lenzuola da fare (non sono ad un camping). Anche se datato, il riscaldamento ha funzionato e siamo stati sempre al caldo.
Le aree comuni curate, la colazione abbondante e di qualità. Silenzioso e immerso nella natura, ma comunque vicino al centro."

"The best part was the night time view from our window.
And now the reality of actually staying there,
Arctic Mary Rooms "Hotel".
1. Nice front door,with a pile of junk ceiling high at the side.
2. Needed a torch to operate key code pad outside,
making a loud noise with every touch.
3. Boots strewn all over the hallway causing me to trip when entering.
4. Misdescribed Superior Room, no mention of shared bathroom and toilet.

"The apartment was well located, access via the app was easy and it was cosy inside. It was however, very basic inside. It had three beds but lacked sufficient cutlery, crockery and glasses, no tea towels, a broom or dustpan and brush would have been helpful. Inadequate storage for toiletries in the bathroom and it was necessary to lean over the toilet to reach the sink. Toilet paper stored on the side when we arrived was wet from sink splashing.
