"Das Hotel ist sauber und toll gelegen, jedoch ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht so gut. Dir Mitarbeiter sind nicht sehr freundlich und haben uns anfangs einfach noch mal das sehr teure Frühstück zahlen lassen. Erst als wir zum 3. Mal diesen Fehler mutierten, wurde uns das Geld zurück erstattet. Der Aufenthalt war wirklich schön, aber aber teuer. 50 Euro für ein Frühstück für 2 Personen muss man erst einmal abessen."

"Trotz Buchung und Bezahlung über Hotels.com wurde beim Check-In nochmals ein Zahlungsnachweis verlangt. Ich hatte das Zimmer für meine Eltern gebucht (beide über 80 Jahre) die natürlich sehr irritiert waren. Ich reise sehr viel, so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das Zimmer war für 7 Nächte gebucht. Es gab keine Zimmerreinigung!!!! Es wurden keine Handtücher gewechselt, kein Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt und auch das Bad nicht gesäubert. Erst nach Nachfrage meiner Eltern wurden die Mülleimer...
