"The location was the saving feature of our stay. The apartment is located in the old town in a quiet area. The apartment appears nice enough but our bed wasn’t made when we finally checked in. We had ask to check in early (1pm) but left waiting until 3pm outside until a message with the door code was received. Other issues or questions ignored by the WhatsApp contact- no human on site. (E.g no light bulb in the room/ do we get more loo roll on a 6 night stay?!). As someone else said 3 months...

"Great location, very old hotel that is crying out for remodeling. Everything is ancient but still working. I guess that might be the reason why nothing is being done. "

"Leider sehr abgewohnt, die küche weiste Rost am Herd/Backofen auf. Der kühlschrank (die Dichtung) hin etwas durch. Die Fenster sind nicht richtig dicht( bei starkem regen hat es bei uns reingeregnet). Leider ist es Abends sehr laut durch das Programm vom Strand und dem anliegendem Hotel. "

"Het was klein maar fijn. De eerste dag moesten we wel even wennen aan de trappen maar voor de rest was het perfect. Schoon, netjes en modern. De gastheer en gastvrouw hebben ons overal bij geholpen. Zij hebben ook naast het verblijf een ijscoshop met de lekkerste Italiaanse ijs van Rovinj volgens mijn vrouw die al ruim acht jaar daar elke keer weer naartoe gaat. "The rooms are clean and the host is friendly but its lacking air conditioner and even mosquito net. Honestly its bare minimum to expect in 2025 at the summer rates.. i had to purchase my own fan since the host couldnt manage to bring one Otherwise he was very friendly and nice. "
