"The staff were very friendly and helped us book taxis and Tiananmen square as well as letting us check in early, providing bottled water and letting us leave our bags in the hotel upon check out. The air conditioning and shower is good. The hotel is a little far from a metro station but taxis are cheap so it doesn’t really matter. The bed was quite hard."

"The service was five star. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Even the cleaners in the hallways greet you with a smile and when you check in, they give you extra gifts and small items for convenience for free. They also give you a welcome tea as well there are so many sites you can visit walking distance. Also, the metro is nearby with lots of restaurants all walking distance."

"The hotel is wonderful. Hotels.com is shady and tries to over charge, that’s the unfortunate part. The hotel has a common area that offers a kitchen, free coffee and drinks. It’s a very cool vibe on the 3rd floor with a co-working type environment.
