Wir standen vor nichts in Zaandam und mussten erst da hin fahren von Expedia aus bis wir Ersatz bekommen haben. Da hatten wir bereits 25,-€ Bahngeld bezahlt, was Expedia nicht interessiert hat. Wir hatten einen Tag vorher gelesen das es an dem Standort nicht existiert und am Anreisetag sofort Expedia kontaktiert. Die Kommunikation hat gut geklappt, nur...

"The property is perfectly located just outside of the central area, making it easy for walking, dining, parking, shopping, etc. The parking options require a bit of patience given they are a few blocks away and a bit complex to find, but they worked out OK. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There was a slight difference of 'things included' between the Expedia booking and the actual reservation, so I would simply recommend verifying with the property prior to arrival."

"I have to give a bad review because the check in is at 3pm and the password of the doorkey of the room was provided at 6:58pm, i tried to email them and call them and there was no possible way to contact this hotel, i never recieve an answer, i only recieve the password in a diferent email, no apologies and no reply over my emails "
